You may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Fill in the form below and confirm: an acknowledgement of receipt is sent to you by email straight away.

Return the goods complete within 14 days of your withdrawal to: Mola Mola, Hélène Levard, Résidence Les Hauts de Calvi, 20260 Calvi, France. Return shipping is at your expense.

The full amount paid, including standard outbound shipping, is refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal being communicated to us, using the original means of payment. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of dispatch.

If the goods or the parcel arrived damaged, you can send photos of the packaging and of the contents to hello@molamolapuzzle.com. This is optional: it helps us file a claim with the carrier and does not condition your right of withdrawal.
